Your Choice

Using the Billings Ovulation Method^® to avoid pregnancy is as reliable as any method of contraception. You will learn to recognise your times of natural infertility and potential fertility and the time of ovulation in your cycle whether it is regular or irregular.

For many couples, their intention is not to avoid pregnancy, but to have a child. The Billings Ovulation Method^® will help you to understand the time when you are most fertile in order to maximise your chances of achieving a pregnancy.

The tuition given by Fertility Care Scotland is on a one to one basis and teaches a woman to understand and appreciate her fertility. This fertility awareness allows women the option of managing their fertility naturally. A woman is taught to interpret her natural signs of fertility through all her changing life stages from puberty to menopause and whilst breastfeeding her baby.

Learn the Method

Tuition is given on a one-to-one/couple basis by fully-accredited teachers. The teachers are volunteers and we do not charge for our services. Donations are welcome to help us to continue providing this service.
